A woman is sharing online the gruelling reality of Kendall Jenner’s diet and workout plan after following the model’s routine for 24 hours.

Mai Phammy wanted to see how the brunette kept her physique in shape, so decided to follow her exact eating plan and gym routine – which left her “dying”, The Sun reports.

“I wanted to live like her for a day, and work out like her, and eat like her,” Mai said, referencing Kendall’s iconic red bikini picture.

“So I did my research, I found her workout routine online, and her diet, and I am going to follow it,” the TikToker reportedly have told her followers.

Mai shared footage of her following Kendall’s gym routine, including core work and cardio., The Sun reported.

“Honestly her ab routine wasn’t that hard but oh my God, the high-intensity cardio that this girl does, I was dying and sweating. I felt like Usain Bolt,” she said.
